I Multi-Million Dollar Wholesaling Situation
I currently have a $3.2 Million Apartment complex deal that i am seeking to wholesale to another investor. The owner would be willing to do some financing, and sell a portion of the portfolio instead of the entire $3.2 Million. I want to see if anyone knows anything about wholesaling larger income producing properties, if so- would i use the same approach i would as in doing a residential wholesale www.deal.I figure i could net $200K easily(Basically, I want to sell the property before I buy it via-quick flip, and pay for misc. closing costs from my "profit" spread as a trade off)
How should I approach this?

I'd recommend posting this in the commercial property forums. Make it look less like an attempt to advertize your deal to potential investors, and make it more like your'e trying to get educated. The commercial guys are better equipped to give you an authoritative answer.
