I Have A Seller That Does Not Want To Sell After Signing The Contract...
She has signed an affadavit of memorandum to purchase real estate. This document has been filed with the county. I also have a contract which has been receipted with the escrow agent.
The reason for this is that another investor told her that he will pay her more than me. Now she wants to back out. What is my recourse?
