I Got It Financed
I found a way to get it 100% financed. I am a partner with my dad on this deal. He went to a local bank where he has a few hundred thousand dollars of property financed. They offered to finance 90% of purchase price and to use the equity in some of his other property to secure the last 10%. So were are getting a 5-unit building about $28000 under value and getting it 100% financed. You can't beat that.
