I can Bird Dog for Tax Deed Sales
I am currently researching and purchasing land parcels in a few states. There are more than I can buy myself, but I can either partner or do work for a small fee.

with tax deed auctions, you would have to pay attorney to get "quit claim". Have you looked at thoses before and how much it costs. That is what driving most investors away from those deals. Any thoughts on that?
