"HUD" is for people who need assitance, so basically, doing that would be taking advantage of an organization to help people in need,. Homes are specified "HUDS" to prevent this from happening.
Agreed, but once the listing goes from "owner occupant" status to "all purchasers" it states in the hud handbook that investors are eligible to bu them at this time. It even says something about what a great opportunity for investors these HUD houses are.
