HUD Closing In Trust
Looking for the simple mechanics of how this would work, as opposed to a double close (which I know) for a HUD property. I have put properties in a Trust once I acquired it, but I have not acquired HUD properties in a Trust with the intention of wholesaleing to another investor. Thanks in advance, Cindy.
