How To Take Key's Of The Property?

Hi, is there a clause that I have to include that makes the seller hand me the keys of the house, so I can show it to other buyers? How do I do this?

i'm not aware of any standard clause that you can put in it to make them give you the keys but you can put anything in your contract you want. maybe they'll be ok with it. you could just ask them though, maybe they won't mind.

also, you could ask them to meet you when you have an appointment about a half hour early and ask them to step out while you show it to people. shouldn't be a problem.
