How To Determine What Area To Work In?
I am a beginner investor. I am trying to figure out what area to work in. What can I use to find out what the best area to work in for wholesaling?
Also...If I am focused on wholesaling for now..what criteria in houses should I be looking for?

One way to determine what area to work in as a wholesaler is to compile your list of buyers. Calling the "we buy houses" ads and running ads will help you build this. I highly reccomend reading this post. - http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/residential/ViewTopic51364-30.html
