How Do I Find A Wholesaler In Florida?
We are looking to rehav properties that are fixer uppers and am trying to locate wholesalers. The ones I have talked to so far say they are wholesalers but are selling houses at 80-90% market value when they reallyt need a lot of work. I need true wholesalers.
Also, how do I reach the wholesaling depts of banks and such. I called many local banks in my area and was told they had no such department

Visit a good Real Estate Investor Club in your area. Try the FLREIA club in WPB. They meet 3rd Thursday of every month in WPB. Look them up on the web.

On Friday I called every single "we buy houses" listing in the yellow pages here in my area. Out of the 20 or so I called only 4 answered and none of them had anything to wholesale. The rest were answering services, voicemail recordings or voicemail boxes.
I do work for a company with many homes in Tampa area. To be honest most of the home runs go with in 24 hous of us getting them. You have to get on wholessaleres list to call as soon as the proerty comes avalaible and act fast.

I agreee with kenmax. Put an ad in the paper. They will come out of the woodwork.. You could also put up some bandit signs. I have done both and get a few wholesalers and short salers calling every week.
