How Do I Arrange Multiple Showings Of House To My Investors...........
.....without annoying owner. last tuesday, i was able to get my first property under contract. submitted comps,pictures and seller info to my buyer. seller knows my "money partner" will be closing deal.<my investor>. seller notified me to not have many people coming to do basic inspections. if this investor is not serious, i must be able to show property to my "backup" investors. i just dont know if owner will like me bringing a lot of traffic on his property. how can i arrange this. my investor wants to do a walk-through. this is a FSBO deal.2-3 times ok......i may need more showings of property.hopefull i wont, but im just trying to think ahead for possible problems . dont want to step on sellers toes. can anyone help me arrange "words" to my owner i will need to show his place more than 3-4 visits......please help me....time is running out. tci is the best site.
