House Under Contract..... Sellers Trying To Back Out! Need Advice
Sellers are trying to back out and I have a signed P & S.
They contacted me from direct marketing I sent out.
They told me what they wanted and it fit our plans.
For one week they were happy and cooperative.
House is sold already.
They wish to back out and give no further explanation.
I stand to gain a substantial amount but not quite enough to go to court and possibly lose the buyers.
What should I do?
