Okay, I have a Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure Consulting business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with plenty of opportunities to acquire strong equities at 30% to 60% below FMV. Don't go crazy on me but I have a vehicle that allows you to hold these equities in your IRA if you have an interest or need in that area. At any rate, you maintain complete control of your money and I do the grunt work. Have a nice life
