Help! Structuring A Bankrupcty Going To Foreclosure Sale.
Hi All,
I am buying a 2 family house from a women.Was in foreclosure. She is currently in bankruptcy Ch13, falling being again and going to bankruptcy sale. She is desprate and wants to sell to me asap.
She owes 200k and wants 260k I have a buyer that I would want to assign it to for 315. How do I do this? I want to draw up contract, what would it say? My friend is doing the mortagage for the buyer. Will the lady in foreclosure see how much I am making at the closing? I dont want to hurt her feelings, but she is aware that I have a buyer. Let me know in detail how this works....please...thanks
