Does anyone know of any QUALITY software that can be used to breakdown a wholesale transaction? I need this in order to present my properties to investors.
Wholesale deals are so simple, you could keep track of it in Microsoft Word. Wholesaling is not complicated..all who you will be dealing with are Seller (sales price)>>you're in the middle as the wholesaler (your assignment fee or sales price)>>>and the End User who(cashes out everyone).
