Hi and Thanks. This is my 1st deal. I have a buyer (not formally qualified). I have found a house thru another investor. He is asking $84900. I looked at the house and there is another investor's sign out front. I don't know how much to offer on it since it looks as though I am #3 investor in line. And what do I sell it to my buyer for? (the FMV is around $84900, but I don't want to pay that.) and how do I know if I send My buyer by to look, he doesnt call the original investor? Thanks for your help. Bonnie I have been reading your posts...I have noticed you are coming accross deals quite rapidly making offers I am proud of you... But where are you getting your numbers for determining what you want to offer the people... Basically how are you determining market value.
