I'm new to the www.game.I would like to facilitate a simultaneous closing to create cash for www.myself.I spoke with a Title Company,the person there explained that what I was trying to do was illegal.Help! How do I go about this process?I'm eager to make money! 8-)
You must find a title company which will accept a double closing. Do your homework.

There is absolutly nothing iilegal or unethical with a simultaneous closing. The amount of time that you own a property should not matter to a Title Company.
