Hello all. I am in Texas trying to get started in real estate investing. My credit is not good but I do have a few thousand to use. Has anyone been in my situation and purchased real estate. What methods can I use to start.

    Sure. Lease options enable you to gain control of a property for little or no money down and your FICO score is generally irrelevant.
