Help Finding Finincal Help For Appartment Building

I am a current student at Devry University in Ft. Washington near Philadelphia, PA. And there is no housing currently that has all devry students. they rent from local aprtment complexes. There is a land avalible very close to the location. I am working on making a business plan and doing reserch on the possibilty of putting a 12-15 story apartment building in the lot. I know it seems alot but I know what I am capable of. Any ways i will soon be looking for investors in this venture. Too big of a n opertunity to miss...null
