Have Property Under Contract

i have a SFH under contract for 30 days today i have not found a buyer, what to do with the contract now that i have it before i submit it to investors/buyer to keep it legal or right? thanks in advance. :coolgrin:

    do you need to record the option to buy contract
    after it is under contract signed and can it be recorded
    with and/or assign?
