Have A Contract On A Property In DC
I have a contract on a property in the Capitol Hill Section of DC. The property is going to foreclosure on Thursday 9/11. I need to find a wholesale investor in DC to assign the contract to. The contract is around 50 - 60% of FMV.
ANY ONE INTERESTED AND WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE SURE THIS HAPPENS.
Try posting a ad in your local paper under investment propertys. I have done this a couple of times and got great response. Good luck.
Thanks for the advise. I don't think there is enough time for an ad. But I will definitely utilize that channel next time.
