Has Anyone Heard Of This Company??
NationWide Real Estate Discounters Corp.
This company sends out a manual that takes the beginning RE investor step-by-step through the rehab business.
They also claim that they have a list of "all cash" investors that will buy the contract from you thus eliminating all the rehab work.
Anybody heard of them? Anybody have success with them?
let me know...OH, and please don't ban me for asking this question. I see how this thread can be construed as a form of advertising but i genuinely would like to use a company that doesn't require up-front start-up cash.
