Has Anyone Done A Deal Like This
I have a deal im looking at that is mixed use. On the second floor It is 2/2 and the gagage was converted into a bedroom with permits. The first floor is a wharehouse that needs some work. Are these kind of properties easy to sell. Its in a great location.
Mixed use properties require a larger down payment. So this and the fact that they are not SFH make them harder to sale. But they have value and can be sold.
