Hard Money
Ive got a property that I own that I need to get the cash out of yesterday!! Its appraised at 78k I owe nothing and I cant seem to find a hard lender to give me anything. I have horrible credit and that seems to be a major problem. Ive trried finding a lender that loans on just the property and I found one but when they did thier drive by they appraised it lower than thier minimum for lending. They had a 50k min. @ 65%. If anyone can help me with a lender that deals in Florida that might do the deal please let me know. I paid 55 for it plus 3 for fixup but at this point Im willing to take a loss if someone will just buy it or lend on it!! Please help, Im desperate!
