Govt Grants
I have been trying to learn more about the opps w/govt grants? Has anyone worked with these? I own a multi / single home and would like to get into another multi fam? Interested in working with Gov grants to rehab props to build up community
My suggestion would be to check with your local housing authority office first. They will be up on what programs are available to you locally. Then move to State and Federal. Keep checking because the program availability changes as funds are made available, and used up.
