howdy folks, i just have one question. other than at REI clubs where do you guys find investors to birg-dog for. I think that finding properties won't be a problem for me, just investors. i was thinking that i would hold off on joining my local REI club because the meeting time currently conflicts with my schedule. That and the fact that i don't have the $365 + tax to cough up for membership. :wow: looking forward to hearing form you guys. thx in advance yan14

My local REI club has a website and a discussion board. I have hooked up with birddogs there.
Where are you working? Maybe you can find investors here.

thx for the hasty reply. yesterday i was just so excited after having read john's e-book. i couldn't wait to get started.
ok as for location i'm in Toronto canada, so the price of the REI membership is in Canadian $$ but that's still a lot of money.
Look for Investor ads in some of the weekly classifieds, and the bandit signs around town. If you provide good info you will have success.
