I have a friend who i am renting a home to and he pays his rent on time and even in advace sometimes. I want to know how and who to contact to be able to give him a better credit report.
Document all the payment history. Have him send it to the three credit bureaus and he should ask for a supplemental credit file. Once the info is on file ask to do a rescoring of the report. The landlord would be the one to contact the credit bureua, because they are the one who must be contacted back.
