Getting The Basics

Ok here's a nother quick question.

What do I need on my team to wholesale properties? The people that work with me all the way to payday.

Lawyer, Closing Agent, or Title Company? Is it just one of these? All?

Contractor, Appraiser? For Repair estimates, and "Subject to" appraisals.

Are any of these not required? Absolute Must?

What else should I have? What else can I not proceed without? What would just be "nice" to have, but I can get by without?

What is your definition of Wholesaling?
You have a lot of people involved up there. Please give an example of what is your part in the deal.

My definaition of wholesaling would be...finding a motivated seller...contracting the property after negotiating a great deal, then throwing that property to my buyers. Then do a Simultaneous close, and collect a check.

Probably lower end properties, because they seem to be the most abundant and most wanted by my buyers for rehab.
