Getting started
I just joined the site a few minutes ago and this is my first post. I am interested in getting into real estate investing full time, but I hear that birddogging is a good way to break in. I am in the metro Atlanta area and would like to know if anyone out there is looking for a bird dog. Also does anyone have any helpful hints for getting started?

Atl Dog... Ya got anything in Gwinnette, North Fulton or Forsyth? Im interested.
I'm not that familiar with Gwinnett yet, but I am beginning to do some research up there. Do you have any certain criteria tha you look for?
