I was in Auckland NZ last week and there was an article on the front page of the local business section about the "Real Estate boon or bubble?". Of course they had a more global perspective. Seems Australia and NZ are also experiencing high rates of appreciation. The article meantioned Belgium as the highest and Germany as one of the lowest.
The article reflected many of the views I have read in US papers about the real estaet market not being global so unlikely there will be a drastic stock market like slide. But along with a picture of Alan Greenspan, they predicted that the current appreciation could not continue with an increase in interest rates.

The last few sentances of the article have lead me to believe that the person being quoted has read both Ron LeGrand materials and a Donald Trump book...
