Freedomsoft Reloaded?
Has anyone heard of this software? Just watched a demo on it last night...it seems quite handy, promises leads, free websites, and finds cash buyers for you? All at a hefty price of coarse... Just was wondering if anyone has any experience with this software? Thanks guys

Well, I think we got our answer...either no deals using it or no one bought the product.

It is a CRM system targeted to real estate small business operator. There are many free (e.g. open source) systems that do the same thing, although none is as heavily advertised and marketed.
Would mind pointing us in the right direction. Where would I find some of these free (open source) software packages?
Sounds good to me, there are some folks who will contract and back out for a variety of lame reasons... To have off the market may cost a legit. sale, especially in a falling market. $200 is a small price to pay, depending on the situation, damages can be obtained! This should weed out the players and limit to only true buyers! I had one house that took 3 contracts to get a buyer to closing...
If you do not mind, would you tell us why the other buyers backed out? Did the buyers pay you an earnest money deposit? [ Edited by theregisterfiles on Date 05/13/2011 ]
Cold feet and difficulty getting a mortgage... A deposit is always required on any serious offer.
