Many times, these websites take listing they find from the MLS and just list them, and have you pay them for it. Most of the time, its a waste of money. MLS isn't you best source for rehabs. Your best bet, is to look in the paper for houses, FSBO's, and pre forclosures. Look in the legal section of the paper, and look for houses that are going into foreclosure, research the house, and make an offer if it works.
