FMV For A House In Killeen, TX
Hello,
I am in FL and know nothing about the TX market. Could anyone close to Killeen, TX help me have an idea of how much a 3/2 1/2 property built in 1993 with 1675sqft, located in Suzie St. (Bellaire Subdivision) would sell for?

Why don't you contact a local realtor and see if they will pull comps for you? Let them know you might be interested in selling your house and wanted to get an idea of what FMV is. call around to a couple offices I am sure you will find a real estate agent who will help you.

If you go to Yahoo real-estate there is a link for "how much is my house worth". That can give you a good idea also.

This information may not be as acurate for Texas and Utah, as they are the two "non disclosure" states in the union. Makes it a bit tougher to get comps, but I personally like the privacy that it provides (I'm in Utah).
A good realtor is your best bet for finding good comps if you don't know the area.
In my area a 5/3 home can vary by $200,000 in price within just 1 or 2 miles.[ Edited by hibby76 on Date 01/20/2004 ]
