Flipping/Quick turning

ocestero profile photo

Hello there, I am looking for someone with personal experience doing flips in New York City or Jersey City. I would like to accompany him/her on one transaction from beginning to end to really see how the process works. You see, I have read and read and chatted and chatted but I still cannot see how it all works, i.e., the contract that is actually used in these two states, what type of method is more common, double closing, collapsed closing, assignment of the contract, etc.

I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Regards,

Olga

Sames goes for the Tampa Bay area...would really be interested in spending a day in the life of someone experienced in this area and also buying houses for rehab and resell.

I live in the Phoenix AZ area and am looking to work with a REI, helping him/her locate opportunities. My goal is to learn from this person and be self sufficient in REI within the next 6 months/yr after watching my "mentor" show me the ropes.

Hey All! I'd like to jump on this wagon as well! Are there any REIs in Ohio, preferrably in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area? I'm mainly interested in contract flipping at the moment. Something to make some "quick" cash to gain capital.
