Flipping New Constructions In FL?
From reading some of the postings here and also from conversations with an investor friend who lives in Melbourne, FL, it appears that pre-construction investment is a really good way to make a great profit. (all risks considered)
I have heard that there are relators/agencies who specialize in working with investors in this specific area of investment. Does anyone have any recommendations or leads for the east board of Florida?
