Flip Or Not To Flip
If I had a contact with a seller, and I had an investor interested in buying the contract position from me. If I was paid directly from the investor before closing. And went with him to the realtors to cancel my contract and had him offer the same original deal to the seller. Is there anything illegal or unethical to this. I'm not seasoned enough in CREI to have the know how yet. And I sure don't want to do it, if it's all going to blow up in my face. Thanks, any info on how to totally cut myself off from the close, would be very appreciated.

Does your contract contain the words "and assigns" after your name?
Yes, I made sure to have that in it.
