FLIP Fee Auction

arhines profile photo

I picked up a pretty house deal. The house is one year old. Owner signed the warrantee deed and headed for Las Vegas. I intend to auction the deed for the highest bid on a flip fee. Does that make sense? Anyway, am interested if anyone has experience in this approach to flipping a house. Did it work? Am considering posting it to ebay. Any thoughts?

BEWARE OF SELLING ON EBAY! Have a associate who owns the www.taxdeeds.com site, at our regular REImeeting he tells me of MANY people who enter bids and never pay. Then he has to pay to relist again and pay again! Then "deadbeats" have the stones to list negative feedback when he complains!!! Just a fair warning.

Consider going to your local real estate clubs in your area and putting the word out, especialy to people whom you may network in the future. This gives you both exposure & credibilty with people who are more likely to act on your opportunity. Plus, provide you future biz.
