First Flip
Hi All! I've owned multi-unit homes and I am looking to embark on my first flip. I've shopped around and asked questions. Are there any suggestions you guys could give to me as far as what type of house to look for? Also, I understand that selling the house may be a challenge with the new seasoning laws. And has anyone heard of the Ameridream program Bush signed? It is a goverment program for people who don't have the money for a down payment, but can afford the monthly payments. The goverment covers their closing and down payments. Has anyone benefiited from this?
I flip only SFR to maily first time homebuyers.
