First Assignment Deals
Hello All--
I would really appreciate learning from successful investors, on how they started out in REI business with little/no cash doing assigining contract deals.
It would really be interesting to me to read your real personal stories on beginning steps, using this strategy,(starting with little cash) and where they went from there.

Thank you so much for your reply. I will follow this method and learn as much as I can to perfect it. Especially the part about explaining to distressed owners the cost of selling with a realtor, etc, etc. I would think that would do it to get a contract signed.
