Finding Motivated Sellers That Live In A Different State?
I have read of people that say they contact sellers that are living in a different state and are paying mortgage payments on a house in their own state. These sellers would seem to be verry motivated to sale their properities so they don't haver to make two mortgage payments. How do you find these sellers?

You can find them by doing a tax search at the local courthouse.
