Finding Good Deals

I'm just gettting back into flips. I've been focusing my attention to L/O and sub 2's while profitable, I hate the thought of still being involved with a deal once I get paid. I've done wholesale 2 deals before, both were through agents. I'm going to go pick up the pre-foreclosure list and do some driving around. Last time I did this I gave up. This time I have more of a desire. What would be the best approach to make sure I don't cover the same streets week after week? Stewart(Chicago) 8-/ 8-/
