Finding An Owner & Comps
I am looking to get into doing wholesales. How do I go about finding out who the owner is of a particular property and other pertinent information since I do not have the time to go down to the county courthouse as I work a 9-5. Also where can I find free comps. Also are there any investors out there that are looking for a wholesaler? I am in Atlanta.
