finding a good title company/RE Attorney????
I've been calling all the Title companies in town to see if they are experienced in double closings, and the only answer I get is "NO". They give me the impression I'm asking them to do something illegal!!! How can I find a good Title company or RE Attorney so I can begin my wholesaling adventures???? Matt :-S

best place to look for one is in your local real estate association club. They can point you to at least half a dozen of them.
