Hello All, Does anyone know how to find the expired listings? I was thinking of contacting the seller directly with a contract, then assigning it to an investor. Has anyone done this before? I'm new at this and need some good and workable advise. Thanks.

    You might try to network with a realtor to provide you with the expired listings. Make it worth it for them somehow.
