Experienced Bird Dogs/Wholesalers Wanted In Chicagoland Area
I am a private invester with enough money to buy 50-60 homes a month so $$$$$ are not a problem.
Wholesalers /Investors Don't have enough money to buy the deals want to flip contracts all day long to one source now you have the chance.
Rehabbers Can't buy all the homes you find don't turn away flipp the home to me.And make Great $$$$$
Experienced Bird Dogs I don't have time to MENTOR you so if you are organised and have the ablity to find properties.Make big $$$$ the more I make the more you make..

The one thing I ask is if your serious about making big $$$$ is that you don't get greedy.
Remember I need to make money on the deal so many deals don't get done because people get greedy.

Of course I will pay you without you finding them I wouldn't have a deal I WANT YOU to find more for me.
I don't have the time to Mentor because I am doing a lot of deals.So no newbies

I have done this ad before and I received a lot of people trying to sell me junk!!
I am looking for homes that are in decent shape that may need a little cosmetic or Rehabb work not total over hauls.
Also in some what decent areas another words You would buy a home in the area and not fear for your life after the sun went down.
