Exit Strategy On Pre-construction Investment
If I bought a home in pre-construction from builder and planning on holding for some time before selling it, What are the signs to look for in a market wether its time to sell or still hold for maximum profit. Some of the signs i guess are Average days on market (Similiar homes) Interest Rates Gurus please post here of any other signs for best exit strategy... Thanks
