Is anyone using spreadsheets to help estimate the purchase price of a fixer upper and how to project potential profits based on like houses selling in the neighborhood?

Save yourself $300 bucks and download the new OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org for free. It will open MS Excel worksheets and can save the worksheets as Microsoft even thought it isn't.
Go to reitoolbelt com and select resources. there is about 10 - 12 spreadsheets there that are free to download.
