Direct Mail
Hello. I tried to send out hundreds of letters for out-of-state owners and got almost no responses from motivated owners.
Are the investors successful in direct mail? Can postcards be successful (I would prefer those for ease of use). What is the best way to produce a message that would get response?

i have found that direct mail went down hill since 1996.
