Anyone looking for development land in North Carolina or Tennessee around Asheville NC and surrounding. The projects are turn key to raw land. Prices and project sizes vary. You are buying the property subject to all the terms, conditions and deadlines in the original Purchase and Sale Agreement.
There is no special consideration due the Assignee. In my area the seller schedules the closing per the P & S Agreement. The seller can schedule closing and confiscate your earnest money if you are not ready to buy within the terms of the agreement. Or he may agree to modify the P & S Agreement to allow you time. Talk to the Seller. Very nicely.
