Determining Fmv

I know the tax is assesed at 28000 they are asking 25000. I also know the assessment is low. How would I go about finding the fmv with absolutly 0 money?

    Greetings JnJ,

    Try this site... http://homesales.basis100.com/home_sales_report/

It'll at least give you an idea of what other homes in the area are selling for.

    Yup, you gotta run comps

www.realtor.com is good too. Talk to realtors to get comps

Get in touch with an appraiser. They can run comp searches for free.
