Well apart from the advisablily of doing such a thing the process is easy. Either get deed forms and fill them in yourself or have an attny prepare deeds for you and record them at the recorder of deeds office in the county where the property is located. There may be taxes to pay based on the transfer price but if this is a no-money transaction then there are forms to fill out to waive the transfer tax.
Boyfriends come and go. I would consider a close relative or friend instead. Last thing you want is to be thrown out of your own place.
